Sectional Doors
Sectional garage doors are built in numerous separate ‘sections’ that open vertically, saving space when opening and closing. Often constructed using galvanised steel, this type of installation is known for both its longevity and strength. Due to their design and construction sectional garage doors can be fitted in various openings – large or small. This can often eliminate the need for a ‘made-to-order’ garage door solution.
Unlike up and over garage doors, sectional doors are constructed with a spring system that allows for a quieter and smoother operation. This facet, coupled with the space-saving opening mechanism, makes them hugely popular when fitting a larger garage door – reducing the inconvenience when opening and closing.

Safety & Security
Each panel of the sectional door is filled with foam between 40-45mm thick, insulating the garage and reducing the chance of damp. If safety is a concern, thanks to anti-entrapment design between each section, the likelihood of getting your finger trapped is greatly reduced. This makes sectional doors a good choice for those with young children, or accident-prone operators!
